ABATEMENT / HAZMAT LIABILITY AGREEMENT

Prime is required to be vetted on the regulations for abatement.  There are NO excuses.  Abatement is required to be handled by knowledgeable contractors.  Specialized waste bins, breathing masks, certifications are required and much more.  Every Prime performing reno's on homes prior to 1959 are at risk.  In the event, your contractor handles the wastes incorrectly without this document completed you as the homeowner/business are at risk of legal repercussions.  1 incident is all it takes to loose your investment.
