FIRST AID AGREEMENT required doc

When 5 or more workers are on site the Prime ~ Contractor is required to have a certified OFA First Aid on-site with the required medical supplies.  1 incident is all it takes to lose your investment.  There is no size of task that relieves the Prime of liabilities.  Sign liability over to the contractor.
