FIRST AID REPORT

First Aid Reports are required for every injury.  Prime be aware that every wound regardless how small can end up becoming a serious injury.  Therefore every cut must be recorded and First Aid applied.  Ensure ALL workers are forewarned on your site.  This document is required to be on-site and once completed kept in locked in a cabinet or room.
