NOTICE OF CLEAN UP

Notice of clean up may be issued to any trade.  The Prime may issue a Notice of Clean up to any trade.  By issuing a Notice of Clean up you as the Prime may then hire another contractor to do the clean up and deduct the clean up fee from the original trade.
