NEW YOUNG WORKERS ORIENTATION

ALL workers are required to have an orientation.  New young workers are considered vulnerable on sites.  Young workers take risks in attempts to impress their supervisors.  Extra caution must be taken.  New Young Worker is anyone under 25 or less than a year's experience in the task they are to perform.  They must be closely supervised for 3 days and around equipment.  1incident is all it takes to lose your investment.  This orientation must be signed by the NYW and the person providing the orientation and kept on site.
