PAINTER LIABILITY AGREEMENT

The moment you hire you are the prime.  Many contractors may have a Safety Program yet most workers are not trained, nor work within regulations.  W.C.B. covers workers who have up to date coverage by the employer for the immediate medical bills.  Ongoing wage loss is not covered when workers are not following the regulations.  Protect your investment by signing off liability to your contractor.  1 incident is all it takes to lose your investment.   See Safe Work Procedures for painters and ladders
